Paladin Todd appears without signing the truce.[]
The Brotherhood and NCR seem to be at peace after I failed the quest Don't Tread on the Bear. I didn't do any main questline missions for the NCR, so the truce never got signed. However, NCR and Brotherhood don't fight each other, NCR doesn't attack me when I am wearing Brotherhood armor, and Paladin Todd is at Hoover Dam. So everything is as if the truce was signed. I am playing the PC version, latest patch. 184.21.202.161 18:21, August 12, 2013 (UTC)
