Just want to say that I don't think you need to pass a speech check with Mr. House if you sided with the Omertas. I never have Speech characters and Mr. house was pissed, but I was able to continue with the questline.

I failed the quest and couldn't find any option to get a speech check. --108.173.141.140 07:06, April 19, 2015 (UTC)
