The Emissary may drop a key, not will. There is only a chance he'll drop the Mysterious Key. The key drop is not guaranteed as loot. I'm leaving this info on the talk page so someone else can make this change that will stick. I tire of fighting with people who inexplicably undo changes for no reason.
