Talon Company/Regulator Spawn?[]

When heading East from here towards the River Boat Landing beach I encountered 3 Talon Company Mercs
inside the trailer of the over turned truck at the end of the road.
One had a Contract, are they allways there or were they added with point look out? Spellunker 12:04, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
