Syringer is unique among F4 guns.[]
It has variable ammo that Bethesda decided to not implement and is not directly lethal. Can it be used by followers? How will they use it(what ammo will they use if provided with different types or they'll get special npc ammo and use it as a simple gun)? Can legendary effects be applied to it? Is it possible to find Medic's(legendary modifier that converts damage into healing) Syringer? Will it actually heal or it gets 0 damage=>0 heal? Will the effects transfer to ammo thus making poison and bleed out darts heal even if you don't want them to? And how will followers choose targets for weapons with this particular effect(will they stubbornly continue to heal those that try to kill us)? Asking this mostly because I really want to get Medic's Syringer for Curie;\80.94.160.227 08:07, December 9, 2015 (UTC)
