Weird Glitch[]
When returning here after destroying a couple generators but before finishing the second quest I came across something really odd. Nearly every enemy that I killed on my first trip through had big red triangles around them with exclamation points in the middle. It was the weirdest thing and I don't know if it was intentional or if something glitched in my game. Then some respawned and were running around with the triangle exclamation points attached to them.

Friendly Aliens?[]
After the Mothership Zeta Main Questline was finished, I was in the Steamworks not far the Holding Cells, and found 3 NORMAL Aliens that did not attack me and were Friendly! I don't know if its a glitch or not but nots weird!
48 Alien Power Cells Door?[]
Anyone know how to open the door to the room in the upper northwest corner containing the 48 Alien Power Cells? The room is marked at the top of the Steamworks Map here: 
The door is shut and when clicked on the message "This object is activated from somewhere else." appears.
