Leveled item[]

I fiddled with player.setlevel a bit and it seems that Kells gives you the heavy variant of the armor if you turn in the quest when you're at least level 50. You can do the quest and convince Brandis to return to the BOS whenever you like, but if you want the heavy variant you gotta wait till you're level 50 before you return to Kells to complete the quest. Up to level 49 he can give you either the normal or the sturdy version and I think it's 50-50 random. Torgue (talk) 16:13, March 20, 2016 (UTC)
