Does anyone know how much Kent can upgrade the outfit? He's upgraded mine twice and im at level 39 and he isnt offering anymore upgrades. Asking so that I know what stats to put as the maximum for this page.

Upgrade info - stats "during" quest are considerably lower[]

Wasn't sure how best to present the details of the upgrades once Kennyannydenny (talk) pointed out that the outfit's stats are much lower initially and only raise to the described values once the quest has been completed (and Kent's offer to upgrade it is accepted.) Given it is still the same itemID I think the info probably does belong on this page so I've updated it accordingly.

---Armor Upgrades bugged--- Doing the Quest later level 45 will never allow Kent to upgrade the armor. He never plays the Silver Shroud radio again and only says he is not yet ready for a upgrade. (UPDATE: I heard the Silver Shroud Radio again at Level 101, grabbed the Suit out of my chest, went to Ken and he upgraded it to max level). Seems one needs to wait simply long enough until he figured out how to do the upgrade. My game is unpatched by the way and on PC.

Briaca Pelan (talk) Armor Upgrade Bug Console Fix After completing the quest around lvl 50, I only got the first upgrade. I had saved Kent and convinced him to continue working for the Shroud, not killed the optional contract target, then closed the quest after speaking to Hancock and then Kent a final time. He's stuck on "No upgrades, yet."

Reported the bug/glitch to Bethesda CS and was told they'd pass it along to the DV team.

There is a work around using console commands. After entering the console with (remove the " " for console commands) "~" on PC, type in "help Shroud 0" to bring up all things related to Silver Shroud. The refid for the highest level Silver Shroud Armor is 000ded29. It can be added to inventory with the command "player.additem 000ded29 1". However, although it has the ballistic weave bringing the DR/ER up to 85/85, it doesn't have the Legendary Assassin effect, giving 15% DR from humans. You can add this Legendary effect by following the steps on this link: http://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Legendary_armor_effects. When equipped the armor stats are correct at 87/87 on a lvl 45+. +2 energy/dam resist from being legendary[]

the costume has this standard effect, which means that resistances are higher by 2, than what is in the article. 13:26, February 19, 2016 (UTC)
