I honestly can't find anything about this quest. I searched the map for 2 hours, and I came up with absolutely nothing. Please tell me this isn't some elaborate prank. I can't find any information about this quest or location at all, anywhere else on the internet.

There isn't anything else on the internet about this quest because I was the first one to put up information about it. The add-on hasn't been out for very long, remember. Also, it might help if you read the infobox more carefully: the part that says "Previous: Gathering Storms". Of course you're not going to find this quest simply by bumbling about on the map. You have to choose to evacuate the Sorrows from Zion. Joshua Graham gives you three optional quests at that point, in addition to "Flight from Zion". This is one of them.
