There is a bug where after you talk to Miles about the missing parts and he directs you to Sammael, there is no dialog line of hints of where to go to get the parts (junk). If you get the junk from the dead merchant in the deathclaws-infested area anyway, when you return to Miles, he will ask you to bring the junk to Sammael to fix it... but, again, Sammael doesn't have any dialog line that says he can fix the junk...
I checked the Fallout FIXT bug reports (http://falloutmods.fandom.com/wiki/Fallout_FIXT_bug_reports) and apparently someone has reported a similar bug and it's marked as "Fixed". If anybody knows what the fix to this bug is, please tell me
The bug is still there but if you tell Miles to take the junk to Sammael himself then it completes the quest and you get the rewards. Perhaps the "take it to Sammael" part of the quest was never completed and just left as a loose thread. Tropxe (talk) 14:25, October 13, 2014 (UTC)
