Guys. I need some help! I rescued the Initiate, from the Hub. Then I went to Talus, and there was no option to get the Power Armor! Any way to help me?

Thanks, mate. I'll be trying to figure that out, soon. I'll get two thingies of Rad-X and such, but I need one more thing.
How do I repair it, I've only been to level 1 of the Glow and I don't know what I'm going to require.
- You'll need a systic motivator. If you've got a high speech, you can bluff Matthias the supplies guy out of one. ("Ordinace wants it" line.)

Who needs the Power Armor fixed? And I think Matthius is Michael, or something? I'm sorry for being any trouble, I'm a bit new to this Brotherhood part of the game.

The T-51b isn't in the Level 3 area. Am I supposed to fix the one on Level 1, on Dennis Allen's body?
