I repaired an Ultracite helmet. Below is a table of known repair components from Ultracite power armor on April 16, 2019, and the components I needed with Rank 3. Doing the math, the component reductions are about 60% of the base requirements. Hopefully, this means Rank 1 provides 20% reduction, and Rank 2 provides 40%.
