Western Utah?[]

There is no source for the claim Ouroboros is located in western Utah. It doesn't make sense lorewise, as the Factions reguraly interacts with other factions in Colorado (Look: Iron Rivers, Handdogs etc.). Nowhere does the term "Utah" even appear in the original design document! ( https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Ouroboros_design_document ) The change was made with no sources, and no explonation in 2009! ( https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Ouroboros?oldid=134170 compare to https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Ouroboros?oldid=23147 ).
