Cass's perk removes the negative effects of alcohol addiction making consumption of wine/scotch/vodka more useful
Old World Blues?[]
I bought and installed Old World Blues before Dead Money. I put it on a character with no problem. I know it's working, because I heal when I drink Vodka.
