Has anyone taken the time to notice that in the room locked behind a Cell Door (Average Lock on my game), where the two skeletons are there are pictures of a plane, what looks like a soldier, two two quadrupeds, and what looks like an armed person stepping through a cave?

Theres no mention on how to get in the place as it requires a key
There's also a Sniper Rifle and 2 boxes of ammo in the hall to the right after the Quantum Nuka Cola (It's near the average locked safe).
