Possible Spelling Error?[]

The page lists a "Hostile Mister Gutsy protype" in one of the Nipton houses. I'm not sure if protype is an actual classification, or a spelling error and meant to be prototype. I'm not going to change the page at the current, just in case it's actually correct, but if anyone can verify whether it's correct or incorrect, that would be great.
