Quest Doesn't Start?[]
I can't to get the dialog to start this quest. I can ask Lesko why there are still Fire ants in the tunnels, but he doesn't seem to offer me any option to collect the nectar for him. Any suggestions?71.87.48.116 04:06, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
- In order to start the quest you need to have some Fire Ant nectar with you when you talk to them. --Clean Up 20:34, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
Lesko Bug?[]
I can't get the dialog to start this quest, but more importantly, Lesko won't move back to his shack even though the quest is marked as complete. He's still down there with the queen, who is immediately hostile and Lesko flees if I enter the room. If I kill the queen, I can talk to him, but he gives the same dialog as when you first end the quest. It's been several weeks game-time, and I've been back and forth several times and nothing changes.
Trespassing?[]
After Lesko moved back to his shack, the door is marked red, and I'm considered trespassing in the shack. I still can give him fire ant nectars, but I just don't like that I have to be a "trespasser". Is this normal (you should give him nectars and quickly leave the shack) or a bug or something? --NovaRain 02:01, 8 March 2009 (UTC)

Japanese Game Show Reference?[]
I don't know about anyone else, but the name of this quest reminds me of the strange names of Japanese gameshows. For example, Happy Fun Time Super Show, Crazy Happy Money Show, etc, etc. Wanderer Lao 19:30, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

No more ants in Marigold[]
Ive been to Marigold a couple of times, loads of days have passed since I finished the Those Quest yet I cant find any more fire ants in the station, BTW Ive killed the Ant Queen after I got the rewards from Lesko, so this could have something to do with it. Anyone else experience this?
Kind of. I've left the Queen alone during the quest, killed all of the ants I could find, and had none in the tunnels afterwards. I suspect there are a limited number, and if all killed - don't respawn. Six playthroughs now (X360) and I've never seen any ants in Marigold post-quest. ComaDivine 03:57, January 27, 2010 (UTC)
The ants do not respawn at all, everyone I know who has this game on the 360 has never encountered ants after the quest is complete, even while it is active they do not respawn. Mictlantecuhtli 05:02, August 23, 2010 (UTC)
True but there is a random chance that any ant may spawn as a fire ant. I don't know the odds but I have encountered them paired with standard ants near the collapsed bridge in Greyditch during and post quest. I've also encountered them near the Chryslus Building in singles, usually attacking the raiders in the baseball field but not always. It is however very rare. In a dozen playthroughs; the fallen bridge twice and the baseball field twice (once SE of the building and once against raiders). All were fast travel events.
