Do they respawn?[]
Can you obtain an unlimited amount of them?

There is also 1 Mutant Cave Fungus growing at the X-22 Botanical Garden, in the ruin, near north wall, easy to see. To answer the above questions, yes they respawn and you can obtain any amount if you keep going back. Most plants respawn every 3 days so I assume this is the same.
