Mysterious Stranger/Monte Carlo Bug?[]
Has anyone else encountered the Mysterious Stranger just standing in one of the Monte Carlo Suites rooms? Oddly enough I was walking through when I somehow targeted him in V.A.T.S. and he's just been standing there for a while.
Potential Player Housing?[]
So, I don't know if anyone's bothered testing the storage here, but it seems like a nice setup, very capable of being a good house.
- The place was found deserted after returning to this location after a (long) while, thus it's very likely that no NPC is set to respawn. None of the boxes, crates or refrigerators had his contents reset: empty containers were still empty and items were still where I had put them in. Albeit not all were tested, I'd assume all of the containers are safe. From an Hardcore play point of view, the place is appealing but it turns out to be less than ideal because of the lack of a water source and a campfire unless traveling to some distance. - When visiting again this location, a couple of the hovens and several trashcans had their content spawned anew. All of the metal boxes, crates and refrigerators where still empty, specifically the ones in the room where the reloading and working benches are. I guess further experimentation is required before declaring anything safe for storage. --Om3ro 17:43, June 25, 2011 (UTC)
