Charisma 11?[]

Does anyone know or has been able to test if this raises your Charisma above level 10? (thinking of sharpshooter, which takes Per above 10). Degrelescence (talk) 03:25, June 18, 2015 (UTC)

No, all stats are hard-capped at 10 and any additional points will be negated. --Mechanician 5:19, November 24, 2016 (UTC)
