If you have both metro tickets and pass cards, tickets are prior to ticket protectron.

Purpose of Metro Tickets[]

The article doesn't seem to indicate the reason for the Metro Tickets. Is it possible to add what they are used for? I have generic Metro Tickets and a Red Ticket Pass. What are they used for? The article seems to suggest they are used at the Metro Stations -- but are there some active buses or something? Most stations are ruins.

Uh, the article mentions it specifically. The Protecterons inside check for tickets. If you have one, they scan it and take it, and are friendly towards you. --DarkJeff 19:14, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

Believe me, the one that I activated blasted me after asking multible times for a ticket. I can assume the one in the Super-Duper Mart will blast you without an Employee ID (which is on the computer just outside the room incase you want to know.) Learner4 16:27, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

There IS a metro ticket in the Capital Wasteland: in Springfield, one of those burnt, abandoned houses has two suitcases near the scraps of the front door. One of them contains a ticket. 89.133.236.26 17:43, August 11, 2011 (UTC) fritz
