Mini Nuke (glitch) issue[]

Moved from main article: Note this is a glitch, the nuke does not exist although the official strategy guide says it is here. Please can anyone confirm they have got this along with the exact location. Reffering to: Mini Nuke can be found in main Meresti base. Its on the small elevated platform (which is inaccessible) near workbench. Can be shot down with sniper rifle or by grenade explosion.

I have seen the Nuke there but after several tries of shooting it off the platform it actually vanished. I don't know if it just dropped in some hard-to-see place or disappeared completely. RDGST 03:46, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
Second that, the Nuke is there. I too couldn't get it down, however. Wowa Ilyich 11:11, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
I tried to shoot it down a couple of times and all it did was fall into the ledge. Stacked boxes to get it. Four high long ways directly in front of the nuke and you can jump and grab it.

I looked and looked exactly where I was told to look. It did not appear for me. I have Fallout 3: Game Of The Year Edition for Xbox 360, if that helps. AbsentCollaborator (talk) 14:29, August 16, 2013 (UTC)

Its there. When you first enter the station take the escalator on the right (North). Halfway up or better turn around. Look on the "roof - ledge - overhang" so to speak above the workbench using a scope. Now, look as far back as you can in the deep shadows. You can barely make it out. Now, collect a bunch of wooden crates into that back area against the wall as if you were building a crate ladder to jump on that ledge. It took me 5 stacked tall direction (very unstable) there are a bunch of crates in the "store" as well as around the workbench and the one hiding the skillbook. I was able to eventually climb the stack and get a great view of it but couldn't jump onto the ledge or grab it. Eventually got bored and went on to better things. (PS3 - Standard Edition & Game of the Year edition - Verified location in both versions - xBox 360 status unknown, maybe that's the difference?.) Clarification on Location of The Family:[]

I appreciate the guide but I found it frustrating using this page to complete the quest. Shouldn't there be a pic on here somewhere that indicate where exactly in the underground station they are located?
