There's an ending slide for ED-E missing: if you leave him locked in his tube in Ulysses' Temple you get a different ending. 94.168.71.160 14:39, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

Ulysses alive?[]

I've replayes Lonesome Road a few times (House, NCR, Yes Man) and every time I had to kill him... How to keep him alive? --DannyK92 19:39, September 22, 2011 (UTC)

If you have a high enough rep with either the NCR or Legion, you can convince Ulysses not to fight you with a 90 Speech check. Not sure if there is a way with House or Yes Man though. --98.221.136.65 00:06, September 23, 2011 (UTC)

Strangely, when I approach Lonesome Road in the middle of a Yes Man playthrough, Ulysses talking about me working with House... --DannyK92 16:04, September 23, 2011 (UTC)

To side with Ulysses you must pass Speech checks, typical of most diplomatic resolutions. Do not taunt him into a fight. If you have high enough Rep with the NCR or Legion you'll get a [Rep] check, which will then move into speech checks. After that you have to be very careful what you say to Ulysses to move into the dialogue tree in which he sides with you. an0my 03:54, September 25, 2011 (UTC)

After the 90 speech check, pick one of the bottom 2 dialogs about rebuilding a nation. Then you guys are friends--76.90.232.112 00:06, September 26, 2011 (UTC)

If you don't pass the initial Rep Check, are you still able to convince him not to fight? Even with the 90 and 100 speech checks?

No missile launch[]

Is it me, or is there a scenario missing in these slides? The "Missile Launch" section doesn't include what happens if you don't launch the missiles at all. 217.120.178.21 11:58, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Good point... an0my 03:56, September 25, 2011 (UTC)

The first part doesn't show at all if you don't launch the missile. Instead, the missile and ED-E's ending are combined into one part of the ending by moving his ending to the beginning.--98.221.136.65 05:02, September 26, 2011 (UTC)

/* After bombing Legion and/or NCR */[]

If i choose to kill the Legion or the NCR with the missles the Hoover Dam Battle will be pointles... who fighting against who if one or both of them are dead?

The nukes do not kill everyone.
There are already a lot of troops of both sides in the area and moving more troops just gets harder. You only damage the supply lines and demoralize the nuked faction.--Loonix 09:03, September 28, 2011 (UTC)

Definitely have to agree with the OP. You can bomb NCR and then side with them, and everything is prosperous, apparently :eyeroll: 70.80.15.119 11:24, September 6, 2012 (UTC)

ED-E Upgrades[]

Is it possible to still get the achievement for upgrading ED-E if it died preventing the missile launches?

DarknessCalling (talk) 19:12, October 23, 2012 (UTC) Nope slut.
