It may be interesting to note that there doesn't appear to be anywhere within Vault 101 to actually play baseball. Virtual baseball, perhaps? - is not true, because see G.O.A.T. Little Leaguer question[]
→Can someone please tell me if The Little Leaguer Perk actually increases damage, if your Melee Weapons skill is at 100? Like for example if someone who did not take this perk had 100 Melee Weapons skill would they do less Melee damage than someone who also has a Melee Weapons skill of 100 but DID pick this Perk?
