Revisit bug[]
I don't know if something is out of whack in my game, but this is the second respawn bug I've seen. Earlier I'd fast traveled to Nipton and Oliver was seen in the distance running off. I just fast-traveled here and when I did so, the 3 legion guys were there and the 2 powder gangers were back and tied up. killed the legion guys and I can't interact with the powder guys (I'd freed them previously).--Crossmr 09:27, October 23, 2010 (UTC)
Who confirmed this frozen Legion bug ?[]
"Quote" The area to the northwest of the Legion Raid Camp seems very heavily bugged. Sometimes Legion members or night stalkers freeze and become totally unresponsive there, while an NCR patrol (or your own companions) endlessly circle them, trying to finish them off. It is possible to dispose of such "frozen" non-player characters by the console "kill" command, but sometimes even this is ineffective. In this case, the console "resurrect" command may cause them to disappear. "End quote"
I have never seen this. Who added the PC verification to this bit?

Nothing to do with luck here, I have multiple saves which I use to go in and try to replicate bugs.
