Unlikely, Whiskey Bob is described as being an old man in Fallout 2, and Fallout New Vegas takes place 40 years after the events of Fallout 2, so either he's aged backwards or its not him.
Girl's lines?[]
I entered his store once and he played a line from a female actress rather than a male one. All he said was 'Hey there' but man was it a little disturbing hearing it from that fish-mouth guy.

- It's not racist, it's the horrible facial animation engine this game uses. Most of the people look like abominations anyway.
Cult of Bobology?[]
On Bob's page, it says he is the leader of a cult in Westside. Is this new edit related to the Wild Wild Wasteland perk? Cause I've never seen that happen before in game, though I've never used Wild Wasteland before, so I am assuming it is related to that.
