I went to Camp Forlorn Hope after I had just completed "They Went That-a-Way" in Boulder City and he was nowhere to be found.

i got the mision we are legion and i saw on my pip-boy that he was at old lady gipsons scrapyard and then when i came he got kiled by 2 young casadores maby that happend to you (its yousful in we are legion)
