I was able to buy it from Cal without discovering the cure, anyone else do this?

Jup, me too. Happened when I got to San Francisco really early, without doing much else in the game. Although I think the chance that he has got it for sale increases significantly after inventing the cure. Besides I'm not sure if it was Cal. --Hannoman 02:13, December 15, 2010 (UTC)
