Seems more likely it's a reference to the Megadeth song than the movie, as the name is the same and the fact it has a doctor and drug making equipment.
Megaton House?[]
It's me or this house looks a lot like your house in megaton from fallout 3???
Player house[]
Due to the lack of rads in the hosue, one could use it as player home. Im not sure if the map marker puts the player at the door or at the main entrace of tge crater.If the former is true, that could lower the use of the area. Also, the ghouls outside could respawn (needs confirmation) but other than that, it seems like it could be OK player houseing.
