There is a way to get unstuck from between the chairs in here. In fact this method can be used almost anywhere you get stuck like this. In cases like this the game thinks you are still falling preventing your from jumping. What you need to do is wedge an object underneath you so there is something for you to land on. I usually use something like combat armor since it is flexable and large. After a bit of manuvering you should eventually "land" on the object and then be able to jump out. The hardest part is getting inventory items to drop close enough to you to grab. You may need to use the camera trick used to get Colonel Autumn's stuff during Waters of Life quest.
