Possibly best build? Possibly kill 6 Enclave?[]
A weapons article doesn't seem like an appropriate place to comment on the effectiveness of a certain character build. It seems like it should be enough to say that the gun uses four action points, and let people do their own math with that information.
Also (just a personal gripe) I've heard lots of people talk about how this weapon can bring down 6 Enclave in a round. Yes, it's possible, but how likely is it? My personal best has been 4, and only 3 were one shot kills.2.2 Dog 17:25, November 1, 2010 (UTC)
I agree. Wiki articles are supposed to be impartial. Their purpose is not to talk about how awesome the item is. The purpose is to deliver facts so that the reader can come to their own conclusions. PonchoLeroy
Early access[]
One of the Enclave solders sent after you for messing around with the Gecko reactor controls (phoning up main enclave base) carries it (along with 3 combat shotguns on other ones). All you need to is either kill 'em (if you can, you probably do not need it anyway) or talk your way out of it and pickpocket it.
