What does it mean when a skill stat is colored red or blue? I think it means the skill is lowerd for red and hightened for blue, but I need to be sure. Also, what causes it? I don't think it's my armor, I haven't changed that... Help? Nathan Hale 16:39, August 13, 2010 (UTC)
