I only found this on forum posts discussing the game, so I cannot verify it, but I found some claiming other stat influences like so:

  • Perception affects the likelihood of avoiding combat when spotting enemies in the Wasteland;
  • Charisma affects the likelihood of encountering friendly beings in the Wasteland
  • Intelligence affects the likelihood of being able to help friendly beings found in the Wasteland (ie, healing wounds_
  • Agility affects damage taken when fleeing combat in the Wasteland; higher Agility = less HP lost

Posting if someone wants to verify these as false or true. DrakeyC (talk) 22:52, July 17, 2016 (UTC)

I’ve a dealer in the Wasteland right now who’s come across many computers (or tech, don’t remember the exact term) but hadn’t been able to hack into a single one. He’s Endurance 14 or 15, around Perception 5 and Agility 6, while his Strength, Charisma, and Intelligence are all 2 and his Luck is at 1. I’m assuming it’s to do with his Intelligence, but it could also very well be Luck.
