Mine is jammed on saying "Dismiss Soldier" on botton, and "service exausted" crap on top. After about 3 weeks of waiting it still says this. No soldier is dismissed upon tellingit to, as I don't have one called. Help please? Oh yeah, this is another funny but annoying detail,...When I dismiss the ranger, it randomly spawns one 30 feet away and 50 feet in the air and it spawns this soldier already dead,...And it spawns one every 2 seconds as long as i'm at this place,...Free stuff, and free ranger gear (*Non-Faction related, so a companion could wear it), but it's now annoying I cannot call a ranger.
Nevermind, fixed it.

Not sure why it was removed, but there is another bug associated with this "quest". You can sometimes receive an empty supply cache crate. This occured on PC, latest patch. Requested supplies near the Mojave Outpost. When I found the crate/footlocker, it was empty.
