Mysterious Fellow...[]

While he is their main leader, you never really find a single clue on just why he was put into prison. (Unlike all the other named Powder Ganger's who'll gladly tell you).

He seem to be somewhat nice, when NCR soldiers attacked the prison, he doesn't force the Courier to help Powder Gangers and tell he to run away or stay as he wishes. foxdie 12:49, January 18, 2012 (UTC)
