Rarity[]

This is weird. This encounter isn't covered on the Fallout 2 random encounters page, nor Fallout 2 special encounters, but there's apparently documentation of it elsewhere, including a YouTube video. This Steam Community thread calls it the rarest encounter in the game, and says there's some specific conditions for it, that it only occurs from 7pm to midnight and only around the Den.
