Now before I start I have the PC Steam version. Now, I've collected all Minutemen theme fragments for the diner, and I have 3 sections of the diner merged, and the choice of themes is present in the paintbrush menu, it is however shrouded with a "LOCKED" padlock symbol and will not allow me to select it. I came to the wiki hoping to find out why but there's no info about this. Can someone please shed light on this and perhaps mention something about it in the page? Or is there something more I need to do? Or is this a potential bug? If there's something I gotta do first like vacate the assigned dwellers that info would be most beneficial.

Themes can only be applied to fully merged and upgraded Diners and Living Quarters. Beard 8025411341 (talk) 09:23, April 27, 2017 (UTC)
From what you have said I couldn't say for certain. The first questions I am going to ask is have you constructed the theme in the Theme workshop? I would suggest raising this in our forums, to avoid this discussion getting deleted as the talk pages are for article improvement only, not for verbal discussion. Well I don't see (or intend) this much as a discussion rather than possible lack of and request for info on the page itself. But I get your point. Like I said it seems like a bug, I have fully upgraded diner and everything; the Themes option won't come up unless it is. The one discrepancy is that I found all theme fragments after quests. Guess I can only wait until this gets reverted or someone else runs into the same issue. In the meantime I'll see about trying to replicate it by building a new diner and upgrading that once I get the caps --PaulReverend (talk) 02:47, April 29, 2017 (UTC)
