I decided to check out Vault 11 after heading past Novac and resolving the situation over by Boulder City. While wandering around between the levels, Victor showed up to make his next set of expository statements about how I had better get towards the Strip. This was after I had finished Democracy Inaction, and so the sight of another robot freaked me out before I realized who it was.
Furthermore, when heading back to the surface from the hallways with the ankle deep water, the machinery as seen through the doorways has a similar structure to Victor and startled me nicely. Just wondering if the article could be improved by having a link to Jon Stewart's book "America (the book); A citizen's guide to democracy inaction". Is this worth having in behind the scenes?
