Instantly Killed[]

This character usually works within the corn field. Due to the bug in which she can actually be killed and does not generate health: she will die before you can save her if The Slog is ever under attack, as the fast travel spot is on the other side. This is especially true at higher levels. For example: For myself(lv 70 at time), the slog was attacked by about 8 super mutant warlords and 2 mutant hounds. 1 hound and 2 warlords spawn in the corn field. I attempted to sprint right to her after fast travel to the slog (would still say 7 settlers after fast travel), but she was always dead before I could reach her (you have about 3 seconds before she is killed after fast travel, simply not enough as a single hit kills her from a warlord). Also just to be clear i did not wait, the second the message came up that said defend the slog, i fast traveled right to it. I don't like my settlers dying, especially if they have names, but it seems this one is unavoidable.

At lvl 50 or so, I was able to save her during an attack by the Gunners, but it took several tries. I had to stay on Jet during the entire battle which burned through 5-6 doses, waste AP running straight to where she was, and immediately kill all enemies around her. Then I had to follow her around for the rest of the battle, killing anyone in her path. This made the battle take forever, since I was babysitting her instead of going around killing enemies like usual and had to rely on the other settlers killing most of the Gunners. So it is possible to save her, just very difficult and not really worth it for a broken merchant. I put her in heavy armor to keep her relatively safe for the next time The Slog is attacked.

Weird Conversation[]

She randomly has a conversation with Jones about building bunk beds. Jones thanks her by saying "Thanks, Jonesy." and Deidre responds "No problem, D." Not sure if this is a noteworthy bug or not seeing as how they are different genders and it isn't a mixed up line using the same voice.
