I've got a bug where Rex gets stuck on the first elevator. He doesn't want to leave. I can't speak to him, if I kill him, he just sits down, and I can't heal him either. I was ready to just wait for a fix when I found that Rex teleports himself on the second lift once it goes down.
Notes say there is a second super mutant named fist in a room. I spent an hour going up and down that building to find him. I even jumped off the lifts to the areas where the super mutants shoot at you after freeing them but still nothing. I think either his second fist was a glitch or my lack of a second fist was a glitch. Someone needs to verify and possibly give directions to where exactly the second fist can be found.
Possible bug[]
I've found that if I just rush and unlock the cage door at the top of the tower without going through the dialogue first the game will crash when I access the medical case on the down cage.Bwilderbeast (talk) 18:14, April 17, 2016 (UTC)
Possible other factors
