This one and Early Bird, how are they calculated? Do they effectively cost extra SPECIAL points to meet requirements like Four Eyes does? 81.232.146.163 13:22, August 9, 2011 (UTC)

No. Both of the new traits apply spell effects that have conditions. The reason Four Eyes affects your perception for the purpose of perks is because its spell effect has no condition. If you'd like to change Four Eyes and you have the PC version, I made a mod for that. Early Bird and Claustrophobia already will not affect your perk qualifications, though.--SushiSquid 20:07, August 11, 2011 (UTC)
