Use of stations without being allied to the Settlement

The article currently states:

These are associated with the workshop for the settlement. The player character will not be able to access these until s/he is aligned with the settlement.

However in-game it is possible to interact, craft and use any station (not the Workshop), including the Chemistry Station, for storage (transfer) without being allied to the Settlement. The only restriction is that there is no link to the Workshop or other stations and required items need to be in the inventory or the station storage. Suggest this detail is amended to reflect this. Looking at the page, its got quite a few things wrong with it. I've done what II can and marked the section that really needs looking at to either do another day or for someone else to pick up. Sakaratte (talk) 01:01, March 26, 2017 (UTC)
