Folded Boston Bugle?[]

I was cleaning up my MISC items and remembered I had a "Folded Boston Bugle". It looks identical to the standard Boston Bugle item (folded in half, cover story on Eddie Winter) and has the same 0.1 weight. However, it has no value or cloth as it's Misc and not Junk. Not sure where it came from, I believe I picked it up very early possibly before going into cryo or shortly after waking up.
