-Hello every one, just wanted to mention something. It says in the 'Notes' section that Automaton can't ride inside Vertibirds, but I noticed that my custom Mr. Handy Automatron (Not Codsworth or Curie) IS capable of riding inside a Vertibird. I tested it three times to be sure. It's a little delayed like with all other companions, but it does appear inside the Vertibird's passenger seat and exits with me.
Maybe it has something to with having jets instead of legs? Maybe some one could research it further? I have no mods installed connected to followers, only a few graphics and armor mods. Hope this helps some way. -Anon, 24-10-2016
Provisioner Robots not showing mods?[]
So, for some reason, some of my provisioner automatrons I've built and modified show up with only the base Protectron shape, with no mods or armor. But the sounds of them are of the appropriate traction system (Robobrain treads in most cases). What is going on? Is this a know bug with assigning them to certain runs, or is it random which ones it hits? And is there a way to fix it? Why not just list the components needed to build one here on the article page:
- 6 Rubber
- 6 Circuitry
- 9 Ceramic
- 11 Aluminum
- 8 Adhesive
