When you first talk to Moira, and she asks about your experience in Fallout Wiki, you can also ask about an armored Vault 101 Jumpsuit she has in her shop. If you do, she mentions a woman who came through before, and traded the suit in. That may be Anne Palmer, though that is speculation on my part.

You're confusing Lucy "old lady" Palmer. Anne was her daughter. She would have been probably been a similar age to what Jonas Palmer was before he died. . I agree that Anne was probably the "girl" who came from the vault and probably died in the wastes. why she left Megaton before her armour was ready is anyone's guess. I think I'll remove the background section mentioning "she [was] killed by radroaches during the radroach attack after James escapes from Vault 101", since that's what happens to other person on the scout team, Grandma Taylor. Anne's fate is not explicitly mentioned but on Old Lady Palmer's dialogue files it's she Anne died outside, possibly being the former owner of Moira's armored vault suit.--187.54.130.67 04:27, July 5, 2015 (UTC)
