Similarity to FO3 Enclave Armor[]

This armor looks very similar to the Enclave Power Armor from Fallout 3, especially due to the "horns". It seems as though it could be speculated the two are possibly related, and perhaps this should be mentioned on this page.

I agree, and this would make perfect sense in my opinion. How did the Midwestern BoS acquire so many relatively mint conditioned suits of APA? Well, both New Vegas and Lonesome Road hint toward the Enclave having a notable presence in Chicago. Enclave and the MW BoS probably butted heads, and probably still are evidently as Whitley still acknowledged a single outpost in 2077/2078 and sent ED-E on his way, depending on when Fo3 ended.

The problem? The very first suit of APA wasn't finished, produced, and pushed into service until 2215. The Enclave only began work on technology again the exact same year the events of Tactics ends, 2198...
