Is this building accessible after the completion of Broken Steel?--69.19.14.42 22:11, 13 June 2009 (UTC) Yup. I went there a couple of days ago. Just head back down the presidential metro, same way you came the first time. The train runs both ways, as well. TestECull 02:26, August 1, 2010 (UTC).
