Background[]
In 2077, Dr. Williams was given admin rights to the Code Defender security network used by CIT with the permission of Dean Vernon, which Wilfred Bergman was strongly opposed to, saying that Williams would use the permissions to "lord over his colleagues." He also believed giving it to him would pose a major security risk, as Williams was not part of the "core team." Bergman grudgingly conceded when faced with legal requirements, but set Williams' password to "Vernon!Is!An!Idiot!"[1]
