T. Fremke was an employee working for the Nuka-Cola Corporation before the Great War.
Background[]
He worked at the Safari Adventure but was one of the people working on Project Cobalt in secret. After being found out by B. Ross he tried to keep him from investigating further, knowing it would mean he would lose his job, to put it mildly. After Ross disappeared, he was eventually asked by security to wipe Ross' terminal.[1]
