Subject A22 was a convicted serial killer in the Washington, D.C. area who was procured by the US Army Robotics Division and sent to the United States of America Robotics Technology Facility RB-2851 to be turned into a robobrain prior to the Great War of 2077.

Subject A22 was deemed too dangerous to visit alone, even in confinement. Despite being declared a viable candidate for the robobrain project, he had a weak constitution and was subsequently treated with a high protein diet and sessions of electrotherapy to treat his muscles.[1] This treatment enhanced his brain survival rate for the removal procedure. The extraction was a success, as there was no damage. However, they did not flush his long and short term memory until after cerebral reconditioning, where it was determined by chief scientist Anise Ciroletti that Subject A22 was "too unstable."[2]
